Our 11,500-square-foot facility houses a 24-hour, full-service ER with ambulance access and 24/7 imaging and lab services that are also available for outpatients with a doctor's order.

Freestanding Emergency Medical Care Facilities
Memorial Hermann Health System is required to provide the following Notice because service(s) is/are being provided by a freestanding emergency care facility:
- This Facility is a freestanding emergency medical care facility;
- This Facility charges rates comparable to a hospital emergency room and may charge a facility fee;
- This Facility or a physician providing care at this Facility may not be a participating provider in your health benefit provider network; and
- The physician providing medical care at this Facility may bill separately from the Facility for the medical care provided to you.

Parking Information
Our stand-alone ER location is at the intersection of Woodlands Parkway at Highway 2978. It is located across from Walmart at the intersection of Woodlands Parkway and Terramont Drive near FM 2978, in a multi-use development. The Spring/Woodlands location offers convenient access and on-site parking.
